Meet Jenni our Registrations Manager

jenni

Name
Jenni

Job title
Registrations Manager

Talk me through a typical day in the office/work for you?
I’m usually busy registering contractors, dealing with paperwork and generally speaking to contractors answering their questions and making sure everyone is happy. I’m asked all sort of weird and wonderful questions and sometimes I find myself having to solve peoples’ problems for them. For example the other day someone wanted me to email them some forms but told me they didn’t have an email address! I ended up acting as their IT helpdesk to sort it out. It’s fair to say no two days are ever quite the same.

What is your favourite part of the job?
5.30 on a Friday, no I’m only joking. I really enjoy the problem solving, it keeps me on my toes! It’s a really nice feeling when you find the solution to a problem or really help someone out with something and it makes a difference.

If you didn’t work at Exchequer Solutions what would be your dream job?
Now that is a good question. Ermm let me think, Lewis Hamilton’s PA… Actually I’d love to be a travel writer and get paid to travel the world, can my next assignment be Thailand please?

Where would your ideal holiday be and why?
Somewhere with no phones! Also a good beach, sun and blue sea would make it perfect.

Now for the quick fire round…

Tea or coffee?
Coffee

Crisps or chocolate?
Chocolate

Beer or wine?
Gin (preferably Tanqueray) with a slice and ice

A weekend in the country or a city break?
City break

Rugby or football?
Formula 1 (back to that Lewis Hamilton obsession then!)

Early morning or late nights?
Early mornings

Pub or wine bar?
Wine bar

Now for your perfect breakfast sandwich would it be sausage or bacon on bread or toast with brown or red sauce?
Definitely sausage, on toast with good old tomato ketchup
