Umbrella Right to Work

Right to work in the UK

As a regulated and fully-compliant umbrella company, Exchequer follows the guidelines issued by the UK Visas and Immigration Agency.

We are required to see proof of identification and your right to work in the UK before we employ you.

EU, EEA or Swiss National Contractors

Following the UK’s exit from the European Union (EU), contractors from EU, EEA or Swiss nationals must have made a successful application to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) in order to continue work within the EU.

Successful applicants who have received either settled status or pre-settled status will have received a share code to provide to current and future employers (such as Exchequer). Right to Work status will be confirmed using this code via the Government website.

Contractors from outside of EU, EEA or Swiss Nationality
