Exchequer Solutions is growing; it has been a great 2013, which has seen us grow by over 50 per cent and move to great new premises in Chester. But with rapid expansion come growing pains, although not where you might think.
We’ve remained single-minded in delivering a quality service to our CIS, freelancing and umbrella clients and worked closely with our great network of recruitment agencies, which has been our priority during this exciting period. Our phenomenal success has spurred us on to refresh our brand and revamp our website and produce some great client-focused collateral. And it was during this project that we experienced our discomfort.
Innocuous as it may sound, it would seem that many on our team are camera-shy. So, when it came to taking photographs of each member of staff, the sight of locally-based photographer Ian Southerin armed with lights, reflectors, cameras and an assistant struck fear in the hearts of many!
Being the professionals that we are though, we put on our best faces, and are really pleased with the results, which can be seen on our soon-to-be- launched website and social media channels Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. We’ve also produced a great new brochure that provides an overview of our areas of specialism and expertise, letting you know more about our experienced teams in registrations, contracting (sales), payroll and customer service (account management).
The website, our new window to the world, will better communicate the culture of Exchequer; the people, professionalism and personal touch that every contractor and recruitment agency gets to experience.
The website will convey our friendly personable approach to commercial contracting, being more user-friendly, easier to navigate and providing simple online registration options. It will also be a resource for pragmatic and relevant information to make it easier for contractors and recruitment agencies to stay abreast of the latest news, legislation and information that makes the decision-making around contracting easier.
