Our new PAYE service is now available and offers a simple solution for agencies looking for a fully compliant solution to paying their workers.
This new service will undoubtedly prove popular with workers as well as recruiters as it is clear and there is no direct cost to the individual worker. The worker is employed by Exchequer Solutions and is paid at the rate designated by the recruitment agency with only PAYE tax and EENI deducted. This will be clearly shown on their payslip and will minimise queries over pay, tax contributions and NI.
Workers will be given the choice regarding their holiday pay and will have the option to accrue holidays or have their holiday pay rolled up.
The process is straightforward and offers many benefits to agencies. Using our PAYE service offers the reassurance that workers will be paid efficiently and on time, and that we will take care of all aspects of compliance.
We will manage processes such as RTW, saving you time, and significantly reducing the burden of administration involved in this and other aspects of employing temporary workers and contractors.
At Exchequer Solutions we have extensive experience of tax and employment regulations, ensuring that we are always up-to-date, well informed and prepared for any changes to legislation. We will take care of employer obligations such as pension auto-enrolment, statutory sick pay and maternity/paternity pay etc.
The service has been developed to offer maximum benefit to recruiters and workers alike.
After workers have been paid, we then invoice the agency for their pay based on the agreed rate, hours worked plus an agreed % mark-up which covers all employer costs including ERNI, pension and apprenticeship levy.
Outsourcing this function leaves you totally free to focus on filling vacancies and liaising with clients not spending time dealing with queries over pay or other HR related issues.
