As the summer holidays approach we thought it would be a good time to explain what happens with holiday pay.
If you are one of our umbrella contractors or one of our PAYE workers you are entitled to holiday pay in the same way as any other individual on an employment contract. When you registered with us you were given the choice to either receive it each week on top of your basic pay or to retain it and receive your holiday pay when you take a holiday.
If you opted to retain your holiday pay and are planning to take time off over the summer then you will need to let your account manger know.
