Quality counts

At Exchequer Solutions we have always prided ourselves on delivering excellent service to our recruitment agency partners and to all our customers whichever scheme they are registered on. We have looked at our service and whilst we believe we are amongst the very best there is always room for improvement. That is why we have decided that our focus at Exchequer Solutions for summer 2016 will be on quality.

It is our mission to deliver the highest quality service. This approach will be part of everything we do. We will be looking at all of our processes and the things that really matter to our workers. We want to ensure that we get it right every time. We know that our workers and clients have a choice and we want them to stay with us because they benefit from the quality services that we deliver. We know from talking to our workers and clients that the following are all really important:

  • Registration – a quick and straight forward registration process.
  • Prompt payments – paying on time, every time.
  • Accuracy – getting pay right first time, every time.
  • Expert information – up-to-date knowledge and expertise on all aspects of tax, compliance and legislation.
  • Customer service – being available, polite, helpful and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Compliance – the confidence that your affairs are being dealt with and you are fully compliant

We’ll be looking at all of these as part of our focus on quality. We know that when we benchmark ourselves against the competition that we perform well. This is great and something we take real pride in but at Exchequer Solutions we don’t believe in complacency. This summer we will be working towards being the highest possible quality provider of umbrella, PAYE, CIS and outsourced payroll.
