The reporting legislation is almost upon is. Are you ready? From the 6th April recruitment agencies will be required to report on all workers who they do not directly pay themselves, including individuals who are registered with an umbrella company.

You are probably already well aware of the additional administrative burden this will bring. It will now be more important than ever for agencies to ensure that anyone they treat as self-employed can legitimately be considered as such and that records on all workers are up to date and contain all the relevant details.
