Talk me through a typical day in the office/work for you?
I come in and work through emails, make sure they go to the relevant individuals and departments. Then I work through the new starters, calling them to make sure they are all registered, finding out how they want to get paid and dealing with any queries they might have,
I’m always really busy on the phone or dealing with emails, it is never quiet and it’s such a busy job that the days just fly by.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Speaking to people, I spend a lot of time on the phone speaking to the contractors. I love a good chat.
If you didn’t work at Exchequer Solutions what would be your dream job?
Probably hairdressing or something fashion related. I used to work in a hairdressers and I absolutely loved it, lots of chatting and gossip!
Where would your ideal holiday be and why?
Barbados. Sun, sea, sand and cocktails. Although it’s forecast to be hotter than Barbados here next weekend so I’m looking forward to that!

Definitely curry, we had a lovely curry at the weekend after a trip to the Chester races. Don’t tell anyone but Registrations Manager Jenni fell asleep in the curry house. Well we were celebrating a few wins at the races!
